Shifting Routine

 

All the group workouts are open to all levels of fitness; Dee will make sure to provide options that will adapt to your level.

If you have specific goals for Exercise and Diet Dee will recommend you to contact us and talk about your individual needs.

 

Dee Health n’ Fitness is open to hear feedback and recommendation that will motivate you to be more active and we will do our best to implement as much as possible in the group environment.

 

Every Saturday at 1pm at Memorial Dr Stairs.

 

This is a FREE event for all of us to get the together, have a nice group workout.

All levels of fitness are welcome.

Let’s enjoy the outdoors, exchange with other people, and share our own healthy choices.

Boot Camp Dee’s style.

 

You want to do something different out of your routine or workout this is a great way to do it.

 

Dee Health n’ Fitness will make sure that you enjoy it while you get the physical activity.

 

This is a max of 40min workout; intensity depends on your own fitness level. Everyone is welcome.

Dee will always provide you with the different options according to your level for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

As we move forward through the 12 workouts Dee will add variations to make it more fun and challenging.

 

12 sessions for $180.oo  by referring people 10% deescount will apply to your registration.

Workshops

 

In order to have a Healthy lifestyle there are four elements that must be consider to be in balance with our body & mind, which are: Exercise, Diet, Rest and Mental Health.

 

Dee Health n’ Fitness will put together different workshops to talk about these 4 elements and specifics topic for each one of them.

 

We are open to hear your feedback on the specific topics that you would like to hear from us and we will make sure that we can deliver in the future in order to support your Healthy choices and positive changes that we can add in our lives to be more balance in all these areas.

 

In May 2nd we will cover Exercise and Diet and under these elements we are going to develop the following:

 

Cardio - Benefits and Myth

Food - what to chose and where you can get it.

 

Think about the following when join us in this workshop:

 

  • What's the first thought when we talk about Cardio?

  • What exactly comes to your mind when think about healthy choices?

  • Do you know where to do to get healthy food??
