About Denise – Your Fitness Coach
 

Denise K. has completed CANFITPRO and AFLCA courses in the past couple years. At the age of 22 she decided to move to USA from her home country, Venezuela, and as a result of that, a lot of changes took place in her lifestyle, food, stress, new culture, etc; she gained some weight that she was not comfortable with. After a period of a year she tried everything from diets to exercise; and another change in her life took place by moving back to her home country.

She decided that it was time to make a change and will not allow herself to have the extra pounds anymore. It is when her passion for fitness and eating healthy started. She is very proud of herself, at the age of 37 and having 3 kids, she is living proof that it is possible to be in shape and feel good with your body.

She worked at World health club as a Fitness Consultant, which was an amazing opportunity and a very rewarding experience. Currently she is dedicating her time to empower people to achieve a healthy lifestyle including exercise and including recommendations to improve eating habits.
